Amy Errett is the founder and CEO of Madison Reed, the omnichannel hair color brand she launched in 2013 at age 56. A first-generation college graduate and Wharton MBA, she built and sold the M&A consultancy Spectrum, served as CEO of travel company Olivia, and was a venture capitalist at Maveron. She lives with her wife, Claire, and named the company after their daughter; it is now sold at Ulta, Walmart, and Target and in 95 company-owned Hair Color Bars, with 150 shades made in Italy.
